A graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse and the College of Europe, Jessie has 11 years of experience in public affairs at the local, national, and European levels.
She began her career in Brussels, working for employer federations, including BusinessEurope, in the Social Affairs department. As a consultant and European project manager, she led three working groups focused on industrial relations, occupational health and safety, and equal opportunities.
In 2020, she joined Stan, a territorial public affairs consultancy in Marseille. Managing a diverse portfolio of clients—primarily major industrial companies such as Veolia, Lafarge, and EDF—she implemented territorial anchoring strategies for them on a daily basis.
In 2023 and 2025, she served as a Political Advisor for France at the European NGO Eurogroup for Animals. In this role, she collaborated with national and European political leaders on agricultural, environmental, and public health issues.
Since 2025, she has been a Director and Advisor at NSI Group. She supports the firm’s clients in deploying their influence strategies and managing relationships with stakeholders. She advises both professional federations and companies on a wide range of topics, while also analyzing legislative and political developments at the local, national, and European levels. Additionally, she serves as Secretary-General of the French Independent Association for Electricity and Gas (AFIEG), where she oversees day-to-day operations and interest representation with public authorities.
