A graduate of the Master 2 program in Financial Management and Taxation from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, he began his career in 1995 within the tax department of Banque Paribas. He later joined the start-up Selftrade in 2000, before playing a key role in the launch of Poweo—the first independent energy provider—where he served as Director of Public Affairs from 2002 to 2010.
In 2010, he founded Atlas Public Affairs, a lobbying firm specializing in the energy and environmental sectors. Over the past 15 years, Atlas Public Affairs has established itself as the leading firm for energy and environmental issues, both at the national and regional levels.
In November 2025, Atlas Public Affairs joined NSI Group, the influence division of the ADIT Group.
He teaches lobbying at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University as part of the Master’s degree in Communication and Sociology of Law and Justice.
