A former minister and spokesperson for the French government, Sibeth Ndiaye is a seasoned expert in strategic communication, influence, and crisis management.
After earning a professional master’s degree in health economics from the Sorbonne, she worked alongside prominent political figures, including Claude Bartolone (President of the Seine-Saint-Denis Departmental Council) and Arnaud Montebourg (Minister of Industry).
In 2014, she joined Emmanuel Macron’s communication team when he served as Minister of the Economy. She later supported him during the 2017 presidential campaign and subsequently as Director of Communication at the Élysée Palace. From 2019 to 2020, she served as the spokesperson for Édouard Philippe’s government.
She then joined the executive committee of the Adecco Group in France—the global leader in human resources—as Secretary General.
In 2025, she founded Posidonie Conseil and became a Senior Advisor at Next Step Influence, a subsidiary of the ADIT Group. She continues to actively contribute to public debate.
